When we try to add a charge to a canceled Subscription the same way we normally do, the “Add Charge” button does not work
When we try to add a charge to a canceled Subscription the same way we normally do, the “Add Charge” button does not work. When having to add a charge to a canceled subscription, follow these steps.

Copy the VIN and the Contract NO from the subscription you would like to add a charge to, before going to the customer page through the link at the top left of the screen
- Copy the VIN and the Contract NO from the subscription you would like to add a charge to, before going to the customer page through the link at the top left of the screen.

2. You are now on the customers page, press “Edit Customer”.

3. Paste the copied VIN and Contract NO from the subscription you want to add the charge to into the correct fields marked in red.

4. After pasting in the VIN and Contract NO, Update the Customer information by clicking on “Update”.

5. Add the charge to the customer by clicking on the “Add Charge” button on the right. Now that the customer information includes the VIN and Contract No from the correct subscription, the charge includes all necessary data.

6. Now that the charge is applied, we have to reset the customer information. So click on the “Edit Customer” button.

7. Clear the VIN and Contract NO fields, and update customer. Now you have added a charge to a cancelled subscription successfully.
