Ane Furu has been hired as COO at Casi and previously was the director of Møller Mobility Group's investment in new mobility solutions. Now she will be involved in the development of the mobility company where Frydenbø and Hedin are major owners. There she will be responsible for customer development, operations and growth in imove.
“We are very happy that Ane has become part of the team, and we are very much looking forward to launching services all over Europe with her,” says CEO and co-founder of Casi, Hans Kristian Aas.
Furu has a master's degree in economics and administration from NHH. Recently, she was the director of new mobility services in Møller Mobility Group, where she was responsible for developing and leading the group's mobility strategy and investment portfolio, including the car-sharing service, Hyre. She also has experience from Bertel O. Steen, in addition to Capgemini and Posten / Bring.
After six years on the importer and dealer side, Furu now wants to use her entrepreneurial mindset.
“I want to bring larger companies and startups together to create win-win situations. The larger companies should not look at startups as a threat, but as a partner they can collaborate and share knowledge with and not least innovate with,” says Furu.
Casi delivers car subscription technology to third-party companies, and already has large customers such as Lexus and Toyota on the customer list. This week, the Norwegian Consumer Council published a report ranking the best car subscription providers in the country. Casi and Kinto Flex were at the top of the list.
Ane's arrival at Casi was featured in the Norwegian publication, Bilnytt, and the Norwegian article can be found here.
